Fraud & Payment Verification
The scams that skip malware entirely.
The most damaging fraud happening right now involves no malware, no exploit, and no obvious red flag — just a convincing email asking to change a vendor's bank details, or approve a payment that looks completely routine. Traditional security tools aren't built to catch this, because there's nothing technically malicious to detect.

Closing the payment gap
CyberFence is building an out-of-band verification layer that closes this gap: any payment instruction that's new, or doesn't match what we've independently verified, gets a human confirmation — through a channel a compromised email account can't touch — before money moves, not after.
What's included
Out-of-band payment verification
Every new or changed payment instruction is confirmed through a separate, trusted channel before funds are released.
Bank detail change checks
Vendor IBAN changes and new account instructions are independently verified against known-good records.
Human confirmation layer
A real person confirms high-risk or anomalous payment requests — not an inbox rule, not an automated banner.
Audit trail by default
Every verification is logged, so you have a defensible record if finance, insurance, or a regulator asks.
The fraud this layer stops doesn't need an exploit to work.
Confirmation through a channel email can't compromise.
Money is verified before it moves, not chased after.
Private pilot
This service is currently in active development and private pilot with select clients.
It is not yet generally available. If your business processes high-value supplier payments and wants to shape the product, you can apply for early access.
Who this is for
Organizations where a single compromised email thread can currently lead to a five-figure transfer — and where finance, not IT, owns the final payment decision.
Join the early access waitlist.
Tell us about your payment process and we'll let you know when the pilot opens to new participants.
